Sarah Radovanovic - MDK

Sarah Graduated from Murdoch University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Management). Sarah joined Mony De Kerloy in 2009 where she completed her articled clerkship and was subsequently admitted to practice in February 2011.

Practicing predominantly in the area of commercial litigation, Sarah has provided advice and representation on a range of litigation matters with a particular focus on the areas of insurance law, employment law and general debt recovery.

Sarah has provided advice and representation on insurance claims including claims for general insurance, indemnity against workers’ compensation claims, ICWA claims and life insurance policies.

Sarah has acted on a range of employment matters for both employers and employees. Sarah’s experience includes advice on unfair dismissals, employment entitlements, continuing obligations after termination of employment, and the drafting of employment contracts.
